I enjoyed the location near many top shops and restaurants. The hotel design is great! I noticed improvements in the customer service, with attentive staff ready to assist (i really appreciated this).
The hotel offered a slightly limited selection of snacks in the menu.

The swimming pool offered faultless facilities. The hotel includes a small sauna. There is also a pool available . These amenities are available for relaxation and REJUVENATION.

The location is CENTRAL. It is a twenty-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Dior Gallery is around the corner. Avenue Montaigne is great for shopping.

The hotel bar was GREAT. The staff working there were very friendly. They had a good sense of humor. They were happy to chat and teach some French.

the location proved to be quite convenient.
the room felt quite cramped. i had difficulty maneuvering with my luggage. also, the limited water supply seemed a bit unreasonable considering the high temperatures and the hotel's supposed standing.

The service I received was really bad, I asked for several things but they were not done as I wanted or they forgot about my requests entirely and there was no night service.
